The answer is Sichuan-China.

It's a province has the most special and classic spicy food,including Hot spicy fish, Hot Pot, and Peppery Chicken. Also there are more spicy foods in this place.

Where to eat?

 

Go to any restaurants in Sichuan,they must have the food I mentioned. It's hard to find the food without spicy!
